Dogpatch is the only neighborhood in San Francisco
without a playground. Isn't it time we changed that?
UPDATE: The playground was officially opened and dedicated to the community on August 16, 2014! Thanks for all your support!
A group of neighbors and parents are working with San Francisco's Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) and the San Francisco Parks Alliance to build a new playground at SFMTA's Woods Mini-Park on 22nd Street. While SFMTA is giving us permission to build the playground, it's up to the community to raise private funds to pay for the playground equipment, benches, fencing, lighting and irrigation.
